We are currently looking for an Operational Project Manager (m/f/x).

In our Operational Projects department, you will oversee technical construction projects from start to finish: coordinating construction sites, supporting planning, calculating building services, overseeing awarding processes, and serving as the contact for our customers during the warranty period—always with an eye on quality, deadlines, and budget.

Your Future Role

1. Responsibility for specialist construction management in the area of operational projects, considering costs, deadlines, scope of services, and quality
2. Coordination and control of construction sites and support during the planning phase
3. Support in purchasing processes for subcontracting
4. Calculation of building services and preparation of service specifications (depending on the project)
5. Participation in customer meetings and support of projects during the warranty period

What You Bring to the Team

1. Completed studies or further training as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/x) in the technical field or comparable training
2. Several years of experience in planning and executing projects in plant construction or project business, with sound specialist knowledge in the construction industry
3. Comprehensive knowledge of relevant DIN regulations
4. Excellent IT skills, especially in CAD applications, Windows programs, and Microsoft Dynamics
5. Strong teamwork ability, creativity, interdisciplinary willingness, and willingness to travel
