Operational Transfer Pricing Accountant (m/w/d)

• You implement a centralized approach for intercompany processes (accounting, monitoring and reconciliation of intercompany transactions).
• You ensure accurate accounting treatment of transfer pricing in accordance with internal policies and tax regulations.
• You focus on maintaining, standardizing and automating accounting processes related to intercompany billing and transfer pricing across entities and systems.
• You analyze financial data to identify inconsistencies and optimization opportunities in intercompany flows.
• You act as an interface between Accounting, Controlling, Tax, HR, Legal, Treasury and subsidiaries.
• You collaborate with IT to optimize ERP-based accounting processes (e.g., Workday)
• You provide information and support data gathering for the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and for tax audits.

• Qualified accountant or a degree in business administration or finance with a focus on accounting and controlling
• At least 3 years of professional experience in accounting, ideally with a focus on intercompany transactions
• Knowledge of HGB, IFRS
• Knowledge of international tax/ transfer pricing
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., Workday) and MS Excel
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and high affinity for numbers
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
