The Role

We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized Operations Intern to assist with internal company operations and processes. The Operations Intern will have the opportunity to explore a career path in Operations and digital marketing, as well as, earn experience and skills development in this industry. This position is multi-faceted and will require someone who can handle varying projects and responsibilities. You will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry, reporting, and maintenance across Salesforce, Harvest, HubSpot, and Google Sheets
• Conduct process audits to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Help coordinate internal communications and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Provide administrative and scheduling support for meetings, projects, and events
• Ad hoc Client Operations and Business Operations tasks/projects

Required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, sorting, filtering, data validation)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a collaborative mindset
• Desire to pursue a career in Operations or digital marketing
• Ability to thrive in a remote business environment
• Experience with data systems is a plus - Salesforce, Harvest, Asana, and/or Hubspot

Your Team

You’ll be primarily working with the Operations team, but there is the possibility of collaborating on projects with members of our other departments.
