We are a truly international team and proud to play a central role in securing the electricity supply for Europe. As one of the leading Regional Coordination Centre (RCCs), we and our partners, provide integrated services to 16 electricity transmission system operators (TSOs) and their control centers in 12 European countries. Our network security assessment and capacity calculation procedures, play an incremental role in securing the operational security of the European power system every hour of the day, around the clock.

This is what your day will look like
You will oversee the operation of TSCNET's 24/7 software platform, control and monitor our operational processes.You are the first point of contact for our customers: As first-line support, you solve service or tool issues.You are responsible for improving service and data quality in the event of short-term customer enquiries - and continuously improve the service through solid data quality analyses.You support the development and testing of services.You pass on your technical knowledge to customers in product training courses.You organize and moderate video conferencesYou give regular feedback on business and IT developments and contribute to the expansion of our service and tool portfolio.
You come with
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering or energy systems engineering.You have already for several years applied your in-depth knowledge of the fundamentals and operation of electrical power grids in previous assignments.As an industry expert, you are familiar with the principles of the electricity market, including the methods for calculating capacity.You have a strong understanding of electricity network modelling, the data formats used and load flow analysis.You are familiar with the TSO business, regional security coordination and cross-border capacity calculation.You keep a cool head: you meet challenges with analytical skills and solution orientation.Your proactive and independent way of working, pays off in terms of high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.You communicate confidently in English with customers and colleagues with an international mindset.
