About the Role
I founded an agency in the HR space. For this agency, and for another business project, I am looking for an operations manager to support me in the day to day.


Responsibilities
You need to be sharp, reliable, and ambitious to support me in a variety of strategic and operational topics of a German HR agency and another agency project that I am starting.


Requirements
Background is less important than mindset: I am seeking someone resourceful, analytical, and entrepreneurial.

• Need to be available full-time. This role requires a lot of committment.
• Ideal for someone who wants to learn from experienced founders how to build a business and go all-in on it.
• Needs to be based in Europe.
• Speaking German is a huge plus


Compensation
Max salary is €5000 for very experienced hires but to be honest I am planning to hire someone below that.
