Aufgaben

• Verwaltet und betreibt die Lager der Organisation, einschließlich der Verarbeitung, Vernichtung und Lagerung aller materiellen Güter.
• Führt Buch über alle Vermögenswerte in den Lagereinrichtungen; prüft den Wareneingang im Lager.
• Überwacht den Eingang, die Lagerung, den Umzug und den Versand von Gütern sowie die damit verbundene Berichterstattung in Übereinstimmung mit den festgelegten Verfahren.
• Erstellt und koordiniert Zeitpläne für den Versand und den Empfang von Materialien, um den Warenfluss zu kontrollieren und den Lagerraum zu regulieren.
• Sorgt für die Effektivität der Betriebsabläufe, die Raumnutzung sowie die Wartung und den Schutz von Einrichtungen und Ausrüstung.

Qualifikationen

• Sie können mit Kunden kommunizieren
• Sie haben Erfahrung mit 10-Finger-Schreiben am PC und in der Dateneingabe im Lagerbereich
• Erfordert durch formale Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung erworbene Fähigkeiten
• Arbeitet innerhalb festgelegter Verfahren und Richtlinien mit begrenzter Fähigkeit zur Änderung der Vorgehensweise und mäßigem Maß an Aufsicht
• Deutschkenntnisse C1, Muttersprachler bevorzugt
