We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented team member to support our daily operations. Whether you're a student, mini jobber, or looking for a part-time role, this position is perfect if you enjoy a mix of physical and admin tasks — and want to play a key role in getting high-quality health products into people’s hands.



Location: Berlin – 3-minute walk from S+U Schönhauser Allee


About embelly

We are a Berlin-based health startup focusing on gut health. We offer holistic and scientifically based help and support, consisting of at-home health tests, herbal supplements, alternative therapy approaches, and health counseling.



Tasks
• Assist with inbound and outbound shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare products for delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support the team with light administrative tasks
• Help coordinate office supplies and product inventory


Requirements What We’re Looking For
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with both physical tasks and office work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Basic computer skills for simple admin tasks (windows system prefered)
• English communication skills required; German A2


Further Requirements
• Current student enrollment (for student worker roles) or eligibility for Mini Job/Part-Time employment under German regulations
• Availability for at least one year
• Legal work authorization in Germany


Working Hours
Mini Job: 2 shifts/week, 5 hours per shift
Choice of:
• Morning: 08:30 – 13:30
• Afternoon: 13:30 – 18:30
