We are currently seeking an Oracle HCM techno-functional lead (m/f/d) for a remote position.

• Lead as a technical expert in identifying and implementing solutions within the Oracle Fusion Compensation and Payroll modules.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure successful project delivery.
• Review customer requirements, use cases, and architecture to identify issues and recommend solutions.
• Develop and enforce best practices for software and system architecture.
• Collaborate across business units to ensure successful project implementation.
• Create configuration documentation such as workbooks and job aids.
• Mentor junior developers to enhance their technical and professional skills.
• Support during implementation, testing, and other project phases.
• Escalate defects or bugs to Oracle support as necessary.
