Overview

As an IT/OT Security Manager, you will conduct risk analyses and implement measures within the framework of business continuity management, supporting the site in meeting its obligations related to business continuity and risk management according to relevant legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan and implement measures to minimize the negative impact of risks.
Coordinate activities, projects, and incidents within the designated business unit.
Serve as an interface between the local business unit and the central information security team.
Ensure compliance with external and internal information security requirements, including those related to NIS-2.
Manage reporting and tracking of incidents such as unplanned system failures and cybercrime.

Profile

Completed training or degree in computer science, information security, or a related field, with relevant professional experience.
Strong knowledge of risk management and project management.
Solid understanding of information security, cyber, and operational risks.
High sense of responsibility, resilience, and ability to work well in teams.
Confident communication skills in both German and English.
