For our training programs in NRW, we are looking for committed
Dozent/ Pädagogischer Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) in the continuing education sector
in areas such as PDL, practical guidance, wound care, facility management, and/or nursing care.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering courses and being responsible for content in the specified training areas.
• Designing and conducting lessons independently, supporting learners’ progress.
• Providing practical relevance to theoretical topics.
• Being open to additional topics within our seminar offerings.
• Creating a positive learning environment in both virtual and face-to-face settings.

Your qualifications:

• Relevant professional experience in nursing.
• Experience in adult education is desirable.
• Pedagogical qualifications (e.g., trainer certification, instructor license) are advantageous.
• Enjoy engaging with participants.
• High learning agility, commitment, structured and solution-oriented work approach.
• Engagement, flexibility, sense of duty, and team spirit.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
