What we are looking for :

To support us in our mission, we are looking for a highly motivated Paralegal to join our legal team at AnyDesk. In this role, you will be a key member of the legal team acting as the main point of contact between various departments and our external lawyers. We seek individuals with a solution-oriented can-do attitude, extreme ownership of business-critical tasks, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. If you are a self-starter who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a dynamic setting, we encourage you to apply for this position.

• Facilitate communication with internal departments
• Manage communication with clients and contractors, especially regarding data protection and contract administration
• Prioritize and organize daily tasks efficiently
• Liaise with authorities on abuse-related matters
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks as required by the organization

Basic Qualifications :

• Strong listening skills, logical reasoning, follow-through ability, a can-do attitude, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Easy to work with
• Sense of urgency
• Experience in a law firm or legal department (training as a legal, administrative, or judicial assistant is a plus)
• Problem-solving skills and proactive approach
• Ability to work in a structured, self-directed manner with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Excellent communication skills in English and German are mandatory

Preferred Skills and Experience :

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with DocuSign is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments and team members
