Role Overview

The Partner Enablement Manager role is focused on building the knowledge, skills and capabilities of partners within the ARIS PartnerConnect ecosystem. The Partner Enablement activities aim to align partners with ARIS’s business strategy and empower partners to represent and drive preference for ARIS. You will connect partners with the necessary knowledge, skills and processes they need to successfully maximize every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner enablement content orchestration: create partner enablement packages and role-based learning journeys.
• Partner enablement communication: drive consumption of Learning Journeys, Badging & Certification through focused communication, events and campaigns.
• Partner enablement program management: onboard partners and make them successful with customers promoting ARIS’s products and solutions. Act as “Single Point Of Contact” for interlock with other ARIS teams.
• Partner enablement analysis & reporting: run central reporting for enablement KPIs and key metrics. Gather feedback to continuously improve programs.

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience working with partners in the Process Intelligence space with a detailed understanding of Process Mining.
• Basic knowledge of working with partners on a global scale.
• Industry knowledge of ICP industries (MFG, FSI, GOV, TEC).
• Understanding of BPM market forces, competitive landscape and current technologies.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, resourceful and comfortable working within a dynamic environment.
• Strong work ethic, learning orientation.
• Team player on a global scale, respectful of consistent approaches.
• Excellent verbal, remote presentation and written communication skills.
• Excellent messaging skills to differentiate from commodity messages in IT.
• Action and results‑oriented approach balancing charge with teamwork and collaboration.
• Ability to work with local sales teams to develop strong business solution cases.

Education

• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
