We are seeking reinforcement for our rapidly growing Financial Services sector. As a Partner in our Financial Services tribe, you will be at the forefront of providing innovative solutions, building and maintaining long-term relationships, and driving transformation in the financial services sector.

You will work closely with clients to develop tailored digital transformation strategies and ensure their successful implementation. Responsibilities include leading industry-specific system implementations, acting as a bridge between business and IT, expanding our customer portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to our service portfolio development.

Who You Are

University degree
Extensive industry experience (banking and/or insurance) with understanding of industry trends, regulations, and challenges
Passion for digitalization and IT
At least ten years of consulting or relevant project experience
Proven sales track record of 3 to 6 million
Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
Knowledge of consulting methods, project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, SCRUM), and IT management certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cobit)
Strong leadership skills
Reliable sales network
Innovative mindset and responsibility-taking willingness
Willing to travel
Fluent in German and English
