Partner Sales Manager Digital Manufacturing and Operations (m/w/d)
The Partner Sales Manager Digital Manufacturing and Operations (m/w/d) for DELMIA (Digital Manufacturing and Operations) at Dassault Systèmes is responsible for managing, enabling, and growing the business with assigned channel partners (Value Added Resellers - VARs, System Integrators - SIs, and other solution partners). This role focuses on driving sales, ensuring partner competency in DELMIA solutions, and expanding market reach for our Digital Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations Management portfolio. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in enterprise software sales and partner management, preferably within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
The position can be performed in a hybrid manner from one of our Dassault Systèmes locations in Germany, such as Munich, Stuttgart, Berlin, Darmstadt, Karlsruhe, or Hamburg. Willingness to travel to our clients in the D-A-CH region is required.
Area of Responsibility
- Partner Relationship Management & Strategy: Develop and execute a joint business plan with each assigned partner to meet and exceed annual revenue targets and strategic goals for DELMIA; serve as the main point of contact in fostering a strong, collaborative, and long‑term business relationship.
- Partner Relationship Management & Strategy: Conduct regular business reviews (e.g., QBRs) to monitor performance, pipeline health, and progress against strategic objectives, whilst ensuring compliance with Dassault Systèmes' Partner Program policies, certifications, and technical requirements.
- Business Development & Sales Enablement: Collaborate with partners on joint sales activities, including account planning, lead generation, proposal development, and deal closure, with a focus on DELMIA solutions such as Virtual Manufacturing, Operations Intelligence, and Planning & Scheduling.
- Business Development & Sales Enablement: Work with internal DELMIA Sales, Technical, and Marketing teams to provide partners with the necessary sales tools, training, and product updates; monitor partner sales performance, pipeline generation, and forecast accuracy and take corrective actions as necessary. Identify and recruit new partners to cover gaps and drive market expansion.
- Technical & Competency Development: Drive the partner's technical and sales competency by ensuring completion of required DELMIA certifications and specialized training paths; facilitate knowledge transfer sessions on new DELMIA product releases, industry trends (e.g., Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation), and best practices.
- Technical & Competency Development: Identify partner resource gaps and collaborate on plans to build necessary skills in implementation, support, and consulting for the DELMIA portfolio.
Your Qualifications
- A completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification is preferred.
- Proven experience from Channel Sales, Partner Management, or Direct Enterprise Software Sales with a positive track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving significant revenue growth through indirect channels.
- Proven experience and understanding of the industrial or manufacturing sector and the role of Digital Manufacturing (MES/MOM), Supply Chain Planning, and Operations Management (DELMIA) software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to travel up to 30‑50% (domestic and international) to meet with partners and attend industry events.
- Experience with Dassault Systèmes products, the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, or competitive PLM/MOM/MES solutions (e.g., Siemens, PTC, SAP); familiarity with partner programs and ecosystem dynamics within the high‑tech or enterprise software industry would be advantageous.
