Responsibilities

As a Partner Solution Sales professional, you will focus on Microsoft’s Cloud & AI Platform within the DACH Corporate segment. Your responsibilities include:

1. Driving revenue growth and accelerating opportunities from commit to complete (Stages 2–3 of the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology, MCEM).
2. Managing a portfolio of CSP (Cloud Solution Providers) partners and developing/executing a Partner Solution Area Sales Plan.
3. Driving sales through co-sell strategies, including Territory Planning, to achieve quarterly CSA (Cloud Solution Area) FRA targets.
4. Leading your partners' commercial performance and fostering sustainable sales impact.
5. Driving CSP revenue and acting as a trusted advisor to your partners, aligning business strategies.
6. Enhancing consultative selling skills through MCEM training and continuous learning.
7. Accelerating and closing CSA pipeline opportunities, leveraging investments to increase pipeline velocity.
8. Managing CSA revenue forecasts and driving growth through a scalable partner portfolio.
9. Coaching partners on Microsoft solution area plays and sales levers to achieve strong business outcomes.
10. Handling top deals with pinned partners and maintaining updates in MSX (Microsoft Seller Experience tool).
11. Utilizing investments and incentives to accelerate deal progression and deployment.
12. Achieving 40% of total dollar value from won opportunities through co-sell with pinned partners.
13. Supporting partners in advancing deals, removing blockers, and addressing competitive challenges.

Qualifications

• German language proficiency is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree and experience in core sales, partner sales, industry or solution selling, marketing, or business development, or equivalent experience.
