Overview

We are hiring a Senior Partnership Manager for a leading international SaaS company headquartered in Germany. This is a strategic, client-facing role where you will own the full partner lifecycle , from acquisition to joint initiatives , with a direct impact on partner-sourced revenue .

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships aligned with the company’s go-to-market strategy.
• Lead partner onboarding and continuous development programs.
• Drive joint campaigns and innovative as-a-Service initiatives.
• Deliver measurable revenue growth through partner-sourced opportunities.
• Proven experience in partnerships or channel management in SaaS environments or in the ESG environment.
• Fluency in German and English (mandatory).
• Strong strategic mindset and ability to build long-term relationships.
