Overview

We have partnered with a leading digital gaming company to help find a Partnerships & Growth Manager for their innovative, community-driven product. With exciting partnerships already in place—from football clubs to digital creators—this role is all about scaling those collaborations and driving growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build long-term partnerships across sports, entertainment, and creator communities
• Launch joint campaigns with partners — from co-branded content to in-product activations
• Plan and execute raffles, contests, promos, and community-driven initiatives
• Collaborate across brand, product, CRM, legal, and social teams to bring ideas to life
• Manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders
• Build meaningful engagement with user groups — turning communities into superfans
• Monitor performance, gather insights, and evolve strategy based on results

Qualifications

• Has 5+ years of experience in partnerships, product marketing, or community-focused campaigns
• Understands how to work with brands, creators, or clubs to drive growth
• Knows how to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Can connect with different audiences — from football fans to everyday users
• Speaks fluent German & English
