The team

Join our Broker Account Management team, a dynamic and close-knit group of 7 professionals spanning three major European cities: Berlin, Frankfurt, and London.

The role

We are seeking a Broker Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing our relationships with broker accounts, fostering strong communication with advisors, and contributing directly to the growth of our business.

Your Responsibilities

  • You communicate with brokers through both incoming and outgoing calls, representing the company with the utmost professionalism at all times.
  • You have a strong understanding of how businesses operate, including their key risk and profit factors.
  • You provide timely updates on ongoing cases and answer questions about specific applications or product inquiries.
  • You perform ad-hoc analyses and tasks for our Broker Channel Managers.
  • You go above and beyond your KPIs to achieve growth targets.
  • You manage the day-to-day working relationships with your assigned brokers.
  • You build strong, long‑term relationships with your accounts and help them achieve their business goals with iwoca.
  • You represent iwoca with a high level of knowledge about the company and our value proposition.
  • You increase our success of closing by proactively following up on existing loan offers with your brokers.

What We're Looking For in You

We are looking for people who are smart, down‑to‑earth, motivated, and constantly seeking to grow.

  • You enjoy communicating with our brokers and can build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
  • You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration and can demonstrate relevant professional experience in customer service (experience in a banking environment or fintech is a plus).
  • You are a true team player and can support the team on cross‑departmental projects.
  • You are highly motivated, organized, sales‑oriented, and have a “hands‑on” mentality.
  • You have excellent communication skills and excellent German language skills. You also have English skills, so meetings with our international team are not a problem for you.
  • An independent, team‑oriented, and reliable way of working is a matter of course for you.
  • You have the ability to “think outside the box” to make suggestions for optimizing our products, systems, and processes.

The salary

We offer a salary from €34,000 to €49,000 + a performance‑based bonus (OTE bonus 10%).
