We are hiring a PayPal Dispute Manager!

We are a fast-growing fashion e-commerce company in the dropshipping space and are looking for an experienced PayPal Dispute Manager to join our team.


Responsibilities:
• Independently handle and resolve PayPal disputes and cases related to fashion orders
• Take on a managerial role: actively contribute, proactively look for solutions, and improve our existing workflows
• Optimize and develop our internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Must have solid experience with Hong Kong PayPal accounts
• Work closely with our core team to consistently maximize dispute success rates and customer satisfaction


Requirements:
• Proven track record in managing PayPal disputes, ideally in the fashion e-commerce/dropshipping industry
• Deep understanding of PayPal dispute processes and best practices
• Analytical thinking, structured work style, and strong initiative
