Job Description

PC Doc GmbH, an IT system house and Microsoft service provider based in Cologne, is seeking an IT-Consultant (m/w/d). We offer a pleasant working atmosphere and a flat hierarchy.

Responsibilities

1. Installation, maintenance, and administration of Windows and MacOS clients and servers.
2. Active Directory administration.
3. Technical customer consulting and support.
4. Management of mobile devices (Android and iOS).
5. Administration of Microsoft 365.
6. Network installation, maintenance, and management.
7. Setup of backup solutions (Synology) and managed antivirus.
8. Knowledge in installation and maintenance of DATEV and S-Firm is a plus.

Qualifications

First professional experience in the relevant areas and appropriate training are desirable. MS certifications are advantageous. A high service orientation is essential.
