YOUR IMPACT

As a People Partner , you will play a critical role in designing and executing scalable frameworks for performance and development while operating within our People team and contributing towards building HR structures fit for our scaling stage and culture. By combining strategic insight with operational excellence, you will ensure that our people are equipped to deliver on our mission.

What You Will Do

  • Design, establish, and continuously improve HR processes and frameworks tailored to learning, development and people relations.
  • Deliver both hands‑on and strategic HR support to our Team Leads as the company scales and complexity grows.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to all our team members on labour law and people topics.
  • Shape and implement practical HR solutions that work in a fast‑moving and evolving business context.
  • Partner closely with other teams within and outside the People team (e.g., recruiting, legal, etc.) to ensure alignment and consistency.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in senior HR/People Partner roles, ideally with dual focus on talent management/learning and development and German labour law.
  • Proven ability to design and scale performance and development systems/frameworks in fast‑growing, complex organisations.
  • Able to combine a hands‑on mentality with strategic thinking, thinking outside the box and on a first‑principle basis.
  • Skilled at identifying needs, designing pragmatic solutions, and implementing them effectively.
  • Demonstrates initiative, resilience, and a willingness to embrace change.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, confident across all organisational levels.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; German is desirable.
