HiCareer is helping a remote-first SaaS company hire an People Experience Specialist. With 200+ employees across EMEA and North America, the company has grown fast, and now wants to invest more in culture, engagement, and wellbeing.
This is a role for someone who enjoys combining creativity with structure: designing initiatives that bring people together, gathering feedback, and making sure employees feel supported from onboarding to long-term growth.
What the Role Involves
Instead of managing policies, you’ll be creating experiences:
- Running initiatives that strengthen engagement and belonging across distributed teams
- Supporting managers with practical tools to build culture in their teams
- Coordinating recognition programs, wellbeing activities, and async rituals
- Collecting and interpreting feedback to suggest improvements
- Collaborating with People Ops to make onboarding and learning more engaging

- New hires feel welcomed and connected from day one
- Feedback loops give leaders a clear view of engagement and wellbeing
- Regular initiatives (from recognition shoutouts to async culture projects) are running smoothly
- Employees notice a stronger sense of connection despite being remote
What You Bring
- Experience in People Ops, HR, or employee engagement (2–4 years)
- A creative eye for culture-building in distributed environments
- Confidence in using surveys and feedback to guide initiatives
- Excellent written English, with a knack for clear and engaging comms
- Background in SaaS or tech is a plus, but not required
Work Setup
Remote-first, with colleagues based across EMEA and North America
People & Culture team of 5, reporting into the Head of People Ops
CET ±3h collaboration window, with flexibility for async work
