ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a People Analyst to join our People & Culture team. If you're passionate about turning data into actionable insights, love building scalable systems, and feel at home working across HR, tech, and business teams—this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and present data-driven reports and dashboards to help inform strategic People decisions
• Collaborate closely with our HRIS Specialist to optimise and manage Personio (our HRIS)
• Conduct deep data analysis on key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, hiring trends, etc.)
• Own data integrations between HRIS, payroll, ATS, and other systems
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across systems
• Partner with stakeholders to identify data needs and design solutions
• Translate complex data into simple, compelling insights for HR and leadership teams

ABOUT YOU

• 4–5 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Data, or a related analytical role
• Proficiency with HRIS systems—experience with Personio is a strong plus
• Strong skills in data visualisation, reporting, and analysis (Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, etc.)
• Experience with data integrations and automating workflows
• A passion for data storytelling and an eye for actionable insights
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
