As a key member of our People Function, you will play a vital role in supporting one global organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert support to warehouse employees and leaders, ensuring their interactions with HR result in a positive experience.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a deep understanding of German labour law and HR principles. Experience in resolving employee relations issues and working with HRIS systems is highly desirable.Owning and investigating employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures, and partnering with other HR colleagues to resolve these matters.Working closely with warehouse leaders to support with absence and discipline cases.Collaborating with managers to develop and implement site engagement plans.Maintaining case trackers in Workday and driving timely action where necessary.Supporting employees with benefits, policy & procedure queries, and guiding and training them in HR systems and service delivery models.Coordinating the delivery of the HR Cycle, including hiring, onboarding, annual performance management, job moves, exit, etc.Implementing comprehensive communication plans to ensure all company and site updates reach associates through various channels.Ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and effectiveness of various HR-related documents, including Employee Records, HR Policies & Procedures, Compliance Auditing, and Benefits & Compensation.RequirementsA strong knowledge of German labour law and a foundation in HR principles, practices, and legal compliance requirements.Experience in resolving employee relations issues.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Fluency in German and good level of English.Experience in Workday or other HRIS systems is an asset.BenefitsMaersk is committed to diversity and inclusion, and we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds.
