Role: Performance Marketing Lead

Salary: €80,000 - €95,000 depending on experience per annum + Awesome Benefits

Location: Hamburg, Germany – Hybrid Work Policy (1 day in the office per month!)

Fluent German and English required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing a team of 5 marketing professionals! This is a people management role!
Identify Growth Channels: Bring new, promising acquisition marketing channels to life.
Manage Budgets: Take ownership of performance marketing budgets to drive efficiency and impact.

What We’re Looking For:

5-7 years experience within management! Strong Examples of leading, enabling and motivating a senior team of 5!
Proven experience in ads, social media, SEA and paid social campaigns.
Fluent in German and English—both written and spoken.
