Responsibilities

• Develop and execute profitable PPC and LinkedIn campaigns, managing budgets, keyword strategies, bidding, and creative testing.
• Optimize the full customer journey from first click to conversion, ensuring high-quality leads and strong ROI.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align campaigns with revenue goals and customer profiles.
• Analyse and report on campaign performance, running A/B tests and applying data-driven improvements.
• Identify and implement new growth opportunities, channels, and tactics to scale acquisition.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in performance marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record running high-impact PPC and LinkedIn campaigns that deliver pipeline results.
• Expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics dashboards; familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong understanding of key performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, pipeline, and ROAS.
• Curious, innovative, and highly motivated, with the ability to work cross-functionally and execute at speed.
