Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x)

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/x) to join our team of marketing experts who use data-driven insights to run efficient performance marketing and improve the customer journey. We operate all acquisition marketing and conversion optimization activities fully in-house, providing an ideal environment for a steep learning curve.

In this role within our Performance Marketing team, you can choose to specialize deeply in one of our Paid Online Marketing channels or take on a generalist role, gaining broad expertise across multiple channels. Both paths will help you build significant knowledge and directly impact business decisions.

Your New Role

1. Take full ownership of planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta platforms.
2. Analyze complex data sets using in-house tools to identify growth opportunities and drive scaling initiatives collaboratively.
3. Manage and allocate budgets for your market’s channels to ensure maximum impact and growth.
4. Generate and implement test ideas to optimize existing channels and explore new ones.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Design, Marketing Automation, Marketing Controlling, and Video Production—on campaign planning, creative assets, reporting, automation, and optimization.

Your Skills

1. At least 1 year of experience managing and expanding Google Ads Search campaigns with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
2. A keen interest in expanding knowledge beyond Search to Meta and Microsoft Ads, understanding their potential to complement and scale brand traffic.
3. Strong organizational skills, a tech-savvy mindset, and a detail-oriented approach. Ability to work independently with a positive, can-do attitude.
4. Solid understanding of tracking, measurement, and attribution models.
5. Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets; knowledge of SQL and Google BigQuery is a plus.
6. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional European languages are a plus. Applicants from Spain are especially encouraged to apply.
