Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads) – E-Commerce Growth

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to take our Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) performance to the next level. This role is about scaling big budgets, driving ROAS, and fueling growth in a fast-scaling D2C e-commerce setup.


🚀 Your Mission:
• Full ownership of Paid Social (Meta) strategy & execution


• Scale 7+ figure ad budgets with focus on revenue and profitability


• Develop and test high-performing creatives with our design team


• Spot trends, insights & winning products early


• Data-driven optimization: KPIs, reporting, funnels, attribution


✅ What You Bring:
• 3+ years proven Meta Ads experience in e-commerce


• Success in scaling 1M€+ annual budgets


• Strong understanding of funnels, testing, creative strategy & scaling tactics


• Hands-on, growth-focused mindset – you test, optimize, scale


• Strong analytical & performance-driven approach


• Fluent in German
