Our team has expertise in UX/UI design, frontend and backend development, AI, IT security, infrastructure operations, and performance marketing. Responsibilities

• SEA – Concept, management, and analysis of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
• Programmatic Advertising – Concept, booking, and analysis of Display Ads, Native Ads, Video Ads, etc. on DSP Google Display & Video 360.
• Landing Pages – Design and optimization of landing pages.
• Tracking – Conceptualize campaign tracking based on GTM and GA4.
• Data / Reporting – Participate in Customer Data Platform, data analysis, and create dashboards in Looker Studio.
• Conversion Optimization / Testing – Improve ads, creatives, and landing pages to boost campaign performance.
• Campaigns – Concept, planning, rollout, and evaluation of integrated campaigns.

Profile

• A data‑driven individual who enjoys analyzing, optimizing, or rethinking performance campaigns.

• Strong knowledge in SEA, landing pages, conversion optimization, GA4, A/B testing, and AI‑driven process optimization, with desire to further engage in programmatic advertising.

• Quick thinker, able to adapt rapidly to new topics and industries, and capable of planning and executing compelling campaigns.

• Works independently as well as part of a team.

• Experienced with client interaction; customer sales not unfamiliar.

• Holds a degree in Online Marketing, Marketing Communication, Business Communication, or related field; successful completion.

• Minimum two years of professional experience in an agency environment in a comparable role, with perfect German language proficiency in written and spoken form.
