Performance Marketing Manager - Remote (m/w/d)

As part of a client-specific project team, you will independently plan, implement, execute, measure, and report performance campaigns for our clients. You will be able to collaborate with major brands (Telekom, Audible, HVV, SEAT), as well as startups (Taxfix, CodeCheck), and quickly take on responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Paid Media strategies, including campaign strategies, audience selection, and budget planning.
• Manage and monitor paid media budgets and provide forecasts and analyses to ensure budgets are used effectively.
• Take responsibility for coordinating marketing initiatives (create a marketing plan ).
• Work closely with the Design Team to develop creative ads which improve campaign performance.
• Develop and present performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse data and develop insights to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Identify new paid media channels and technologies.
• Mentor Junior Paid Media Specialists and support their development.

Your skills are needed

• You have a good basic knowledge of ASO and have 1+ years of performance campaign management experience on networks such as Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads , and other performance marketing channels.
• You have a structured way of working and a good sense of time management.
• Our team and clients are international, so fluency in written and spoken German and English is important for this role.
• You possess rapid comprehension skills and a high level of commitment to tasks and responsibility.
