Your Tasks

• Plan, create, monitor, and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, YouTube, and Native Display.
• Analyze, evaluate, and report on campaign performance in line with strategic KPIs.
• Support the setup and implementation of a comprehensive tracking and reporting infrastructure.
• Assist in display marketing activities and affiliate/cooperation partnerships.
• Continuously manage and improve campaigns to maximize efficiency and results.
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners to ensure strong campaign performance.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and keep the team up to date on relevant trends and activities.

What You Offer Us

• Completed studies in eCommerce, Online Marketing, Media and Communication Sciences, Marketing, or comparable training.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, especially with Google, Meta, and TikTok.
• Proficiency with campaign and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
• Strong analytical skills with a KPI-driven approach to decision-making.
• Basic understanding of display and affiliate marketing.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
• Experience with reporting tools and Excel.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, ideally with start-up experience.
• Solid understanding of synergies between different marketing channels.
