Stellenbeschreibung:

I'm looking for a reliable personal assistant, my right hand, who will handle tasks, help with organization, and grow together with me. This is a remote position, 6 hours per day. Important: work must be done in Pacific Daylight Time (PDT).



📌 Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze information online.
• Process incoming information (email, social media, messengers).
• Task planning and reminders.
• Fill out documents and online forms.
• Manage spreadsheets and reports.
• Publish content on social media (using templates and instructions).
• Make phone calls on my behalf (finding specialists, clarifying details, etc.).
• Assist in recruitment (searching and screening candidates).
• Use AI tools as much as possible (ChatGPT, MidJourney, etc.).
• If needed — cover as an operator (answering calls). This is paid separately.
• In the future — advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), project management, and more complex tasks.


✅ Requirements:
• English — at least intermediate level (emails, basic calls).
• Proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets, email, messengers.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality.
• Quick response during working hours.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the company.


🔧 Nice to have:
• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads.
• Experience in recruitment or project management.


💰 Conditions:

Payment: $200/month (with potential increase as responsibilities grow).

Career path: development to Operations Manager.



📝 Test task (mandatory):

Find 3 companies that repair Sub Zero appliances in Seattle, WA, and put them into a table (name, website, phone number).
