Hi! I’m looking for a Personal Brand Manager/Strategist who can help take my social media presence to the next level. This isn’t just about editing and scheduling content — I’m looking for someone who can think strategically, spot trends, and guide the creative direction (i.e. tell me what to do) so my personal brand grows with purpose and momentum.



✨ What you’ll be helping with:
• Managing and growing social media accounts (Instagram + TikTok)
• Researching niche trends weekly (top-performing posts, hooks, trends, formats)
• Recommending what kind of content should be filmed each week
• Suggesting trending formats, hooks, and topics to maximize reach and virality
• Editing filmed content into polished short-form videos (IG Reels/TikToks)
• Repurposing/adapting content across multiple platforms
• Connecting brand activities to trending opportunities so content stays fresh and relevant


🛠️ You should be comfortable with:
• Video editing (short-form, social-first content)
• Spotting and applying the latest social media trends
• Giving proactive direction and clear to-dos (not just waiting for tasks)
• Thinking strategically about personal brand growth, connect my brand to clear video/static output, edit, post, engage and grow my channels — not just execution


💡 What I’m looking for in you:
• Specialized in personal brand management (vs. generic social media management)
• Creative, strategic, and detail-oriented
• Strong sense for virality — editing + storytelling + trend alignment + know how on what drives growth beyond posting content, i.e. following similar accounts, answering comments, driving engagement
• Someone who communicates clearly, fluent in English, brings new ideas, and can own the process end-to-end
