For our client, a company of the thyssenkrupp Group in Mülheim a.d. Ruhr , we are currently looking for a qualified HR Generalist (m / f / d).

Your tasks

• Independent support of employees with regard to remuneration measures, performance appraisals, one‑on‑one meetings in the event of performance and behavioral problems, entry and exit interviews, BEM meetings, etc.
• Carrying out HR analyses and reports and maintaining various databases
• Independent processing of labor and collective bargaining law issues
• Taking on administrative tasks, such as organizing further training measures, preparing references, contracts and various certificates, preparing payroll accounting and maintaining the LOGA Web HR software
• Cooperative and results‑oriented collaboration with the works council
• Support with recruitment, e.g. of trainees

Your profile

• Successfully completed vocational training with many years of relevant experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in a manufacturing company
• Above‑average service orientation and diplomatic skills in dealing with internal stakeholders
• Strong communication skills, open‑minded and enjoy working with people
• Flexible, pragmatic and solution‑oriented way of working to deal with (new) issues
• Experience with internal and external audits
• Experience in using MS Office applications, ideally experience in LOGA Web
• Good written and spoken English skills
