Project Overview:
I am preparing a PhD-level economics journal paper (targeting Q1 journals, 15–16 pages I already have written). The study uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on a survey I developed through thematic analysis and expert interviews.


Responsibilities:

• Verify my CFA/SEM model results and fit indices
• Review, edit, and provide feedback on the paper (clarity, consistency, academic tone)
• Refine the thematic analysis section
• Convert raw statistical outputs into well-formatted tables in Word
• Identify and reedit/remove any AI-generated phrasing if present
• Check references, add missing citations, and organize everything in Zotero
• Conduct a plagiarism check (Turnitin or equivalent) and suggest corrections if needed


Requirements:

• Strong background in Economics / Management research with *SEM & CFA experience
• Proven academic editing experience (ideally with published Q1/Q2 journal articles)
• Proficiency with academic formatting and referencing tools (Zotero, APA/Harvard style, etc.)
• Ability to ensure the paper is plagiarism-free and Q1 journal ready
