The Neural Data Science Lab (Prof. Ecker) and the Machine Learning Lab (Prof. Sinz) of the Institute of Computer Science at the University of Göttingen invite applications for PhD or postdoctoral researcher positions (all genders welcome).
Positions are full‑time (currently 39.8 hours/week) up to salary level TV‑L E14 initially for three years, with the possibility of extension.
Projects are in the area of data science and computational neuroscience. You will develop and apply modern methods from machine learning and computer vision to analyze animal behavior or fundamental cognitive functions and their neural mechanisms.
