Join the team at Technische Universität München (TUM) to establish and operate a fully automated cell culture pipeline for pluripotent stem cells and their derivatives. The position is part of Prof. Dr. Andreas Bausch’s Laboratory for Protein Assemblies (CPA) and focuses on scaling organoid and gastruloid production.
The role involves developing protocols for robust stem cell handling, differentiation, and organoid formation, while integrating automated imaging, quality control, and data analysis. A significant component is the programming and customization of workflows in Python to optimize throughput, reproducibility, and data management. The overarching goal is to create a standardized and scalable platform that accelerates discovery in stem cell biology and organoid‑based research.
Remuneration and benefits in accordance with the collective agreement for the public service (TV‑L E13). The position is (initially) limited to three years. TUM actively encourages applications from qualified women and women of colour. The position is suitable for people with disabilities; disabled applicants will be given preference if otherwise equally suitable.
