Main responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain a Drupal-based API Developer Portal.
• Build custom Drupal modules to extend the functionality of the portal, including features such as API documentation, tutorials, code samples, and user management.
• Integrate the Drupal portal with internal and external API management platforms.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for the portal and its APIs.
• Collaborate with API product owners, architects, and other developers to define requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
• Integrate external features in the API portal, whether through APIs or micro-frontends
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Drupal portal and its integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Drupal trends, security updates, and best practices.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the API Developer Portal.
• Ensure the portal is responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance.

Main requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Drupal development, including custom module development.
• Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, theming, and best practices.
• Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
• Experience with Drupal's API and plugin systems.
• Experience with RESTful API design & development and API documentation tools (e.g., Swagger, OpenAPI).
• Experience with API and micro-frontend integration is desirable.
• Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
• Experience with performance optimization techniques for Drupal websites.
• Requiers full remote to be conducted within EU timezone office hours
