Zuständigkeiten Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6Create resource-loaded schedules for all construction disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, I&C)Coordinate with procurement team to align material deliveries with construction sequenceMonitor construction progress and update schedules to reflect actual field conditionsIdentify schedule conflicts and critical path activities requiring management attentionPrepare weekly and monthly schedule updates for project management reviewAnalyze schedule variances and develop recovery plans when necessaryLiaise with subcontractors to ensure alignment with master schedule requirementsSupport construction management team with detailed look-ahead schedulesParticipate in coordination meetings to address schedule challengesGenerate progress reports and schedule forecasts for project stakeholders Anforderungen Engineering, construction management, or related technical degree5+ years of construction planning experience, preferably in data center / pharmaceutical projects or other hi-tech projectsProficiency in Primavera P6 or similar planning softwareUnderstanding of construction methodologies and sequencesExperience with GMP facility construction is highly advantageousStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication abilities in English and GermanEU work authorization or Blue Card eligibility preferred
