About the Role

Diagnose and treat patients requiring cosmetic or reconstructive surgery
Perform procedures including aesthetic enhancements, trauma reconstruction, microsurgery, and skin grafting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centred care
Mentor and supervise junior doctors; uphold clinical excellence
Participate in audits, CME, and quality improvement initiatives

Required (Core):

Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
One of the following specialist certifications (or recognised equivalent):
UK/US/Canada: CCT (Plastic Surgery), American Board of Plastic Surgery, or Royal College / Canadian Board certification
Minimum 3 years’ post-certification experience
Proficient across reconstructive and cosmetic techniques
Strong leadership, teaching, and communication skills

Preferred:

Fellowship or subspecialty training (e.g., microsurgery, craniofacial, hand)
Experience in large hospital or premium private clinic settings
Proven record of clinical leadership/supervision
