    PMO Koordinator IT (m/w/d)

    Responsibilities

    • Support project management in organizational and administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Coordinate and track project activities; facilitate interface management between project teams and departments.
    • Assist in developing and enhancing project standards, methods, and tools within IT.
    • Conduct project controlling regarding time, quality, and budget.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for the CIO (e.g., project updates, portfolio, ad hoc requests for the board).
    • Support IT departments in contract and service management.
    • Develop and improve internal IT communication in collaboration with stakeholders.
    • Create and implement communication strategies for transformation and change projects.
    • Develop and execute communication and change management concepts for IT initiatives.
    • Assist IT leadership in positioning topics with staff and management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar.
    • Initial experience in PMO and/or internal corporate communication, preferably with IT relevance.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Analytical, strategic thinking, and structured work approach.
    • Strong communication and assertiveness skills, openness, and empathy.
    • Excellent German and English language skills.
    • Ability to tackle challenges and implement optimal solutions.
