Summary

HII Mission Technologies seeks a Political‑Military Integration Specialist to support strategic defense initiatives through expert analysis and coordination across U.S., allied, and partner military operations. The specialist will review national military policies, advise senior leaders, and enhance interoperability and mission effectiveness among allies and partners.

What You Will Do

• Conduct technical analysis of existing and emerging foreign military capabilities and tactics to advise senior leaders.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all aspects of security cooperation policy, plans, and programs.
• Develop and deliver security cooperation plans and training concepts to improve allies and partners’ military capacities.
• Review U.S., allies, and partners’ existing and emerging military policies to advise senior leaders.
• Perform liaison duties with allies, partners, and other U.S. government organizations to maximize the effectiveness of security cooperation programs and political‑military coordination.
• Participate in the review of program documentation for public release.

What We Are Looking For

• 5 years relevant experience with bachelor’s in related field; 3 years relevant experience with master’s in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or high school diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
• Prior military experience.
• Experience in Combatant Command operations and security cooperation programs.
• Ability to evaluate documents for public release and strategic alignment.
• Familiarity with U.S., NATO, and partner nation military doctrine, tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to assess foreign military capabilities, national policies, and emerging threats to inform U.S. strategy and operations.
• Clearance: must possess and maintain a Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance based on an SSBI.

Preferred

• Associate’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of recent specialized experience; OR recognized major industry certification with at least 7 years of recent specialized experience; OR a total of 11 years of recent specialized experience without a degree or certification.
• 5+ years recent, prior experience at the Service Component Command or higher headquarters.
• Clearance: possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
