Portfolio Owner - Digital Identity

Your Responsibilities

• You create and maintain the strategy of our emerging Digital Identity portfolio (CIAM, SSI, eIDAS, Authentication).
• Collect input from management and stakeholders to derive a comprehensive portfolio strategy, including portfolio roadmap, innovation impulses, investment decisions and strategic partnerships.
• Responsible for prioritization and portfolio governance: where to invest time, resources, and budget; which products drive growth and customer value.
• Develop and own the positioning of the portfolio, ensuring it is clearly communicated and well represented to partners, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional initiatives, such as strategic product development or technical consolidation projects.
• Foster an open and collaborative team culture, where knowledge is shared, successes are celebrated together, and challenges are solved collectively.

Requirements

Your profile

• At least 10 years of experience in portfolio management in the fields of Digital Identity, Cybersecurity, or Enterprise Software.
• Demonstrated success in scaling a business into multiple segments and/or geographies.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
• Proven ability to lead and work in cross-functional teams and align different stakeholders from development teams to executive leadership.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a collaborative mindset.
• A good understanding of technical concepts and regulations in digital identity (e.g. SSO, FIDO2, OAuth, eIDAS); banking and payments is a plus.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus but not mandatory).
