The Max Planck Institute for Marine Microbiology is a research institute of the Max Planck Society. It was founded in 1992 in the State of Bremen and employs around 200 staff members. Department of Symbiosis is seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Research Associate (f/m/d) to investigate marine transmissible cancers.
The position is offered for two years with a possible extension depending on available funding. The salary is according to the German system for public employees up to E14 TVöD Bund. You will be part of a motivating and supportive research group. The MPI for Marine Microbiology provides access to state-of-the-art facilities, opportunities for professional development and networking.
