We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer to set up and automate a PostgreSQL High Availability (HA) environment using Ansible. The goal is to ensure a production-ready, reliable, and scalable database setup. Responsibilities Design and configure a PostgreSQL HA cluster (replication, failover, and backups) Automate setup, deployment, and management with Ansible Hands-on experience with Checkmk integration to monitor PostgreSQL databases and views Optimize performance and reliability Provide clear documentation for ongoing maintenance Requirements Proven experience with PostgreSQL administration and HA setup Strong expertise in Ansible automation Expertise in Checkmk Good knowledge of Linux system administration Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Project Scope Medium project (approx. 1–3 months) Expert level required Nice to Have Experience with Docker/Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
