Job Description:

I need someone who can reliably set up API integrations in Microsoft Power Automate using HTTP webhooks. The task is not heavy backend coding – it’s about reading API documentation, configuring the correct URI, headers, body, and method, and making sure the outputs are properly referenced in my existing Power Automate flow.


The first job will be integrating the onOffice API: https://apidoc.onoffice.de

If this works well, there will be 3 more APIs by the end of September and many more afterwards.


Responsibilities:


• Read and understand API documentation to correctly set up the webhook in Power Automate.
• Follow my explanation of the existing Power Automate flow and understand where and how the webhook needs to be referenced.
• Configure HTTP requests (authentication, endpoints, parameters).
• Correctly map and filter outputs for the next steps in the flow (e.g. expressions like @triggerBody()?['userID']).
• Test the flow with me and resolve errors until it works reliably.
• Proactively tell me when things are needed (e.g. requesting test accounts or credentials) and draft short emails/messages for me to send.
• Handle API keys and credentials carefully and confidentially.


Requirements:


• Practical experience with Power Automate and HTTP webhooks.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
• Able to read documentation and apply it without supervision.
• Clear written communication in English (German is a plus, but not required – AI tools are fine for translation).
• Reliable and detail-oriented.


Deliverable:

A working Power Automate flow with the API fully integrated, tested end-to-end, and ready to use.
