Power Markets and Strategy Consultant

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to drive operational initiatives within Germany’s energy markets. This role involves overseeing market strategies, managing cross-functional projects, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Development: Design and execute operational strategies for Germany’s energy sector, collaborating with senior leaders to optimize market positioning.

• Project Leadership: Lead multi-disciplinary initiatives spanning market evaluation, trading approaches, and business expansion, ensuring seamless coordination across teams.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective collaboration with international operations.

• Market Intelligence: Perform in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and strategic opportunities in the German renewable energy landscape.

• Regulatory Insights: Track and assess policy changes impacting the German onshore wind industry, providing key strategic recommendations.

• Strategic Reporting: Develop detailed reports, insights, and presentations to inform senior leadership and influence business decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in engineering, energy, business, economics, or a related field.

• At least five years of experience in the renewable energy sector, ideally with exposure to strategy, operations, or consulting.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• A collaborative mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in German and English
