About the Role

To design, develop, and maintain scalable business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, aimed at streamlining processes, enhancing collaboration, and improving data management. This role empowers teams by transforming manual or spreadsheet-based workflows into efficient, automated systems while ensuring long-term supportability and continuity beyond individual user accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage SharePoint Lists and Libraries for structured data storage
• Build custom forms and apps using Power Apps
• Automate workflows using Power Automate (e.g., approvals, notifications, data routing)
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable after employee turnover
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver user-friendly tools
• Document solutions, workflows, and ownership for long-term support
• Train end-users and provide basic support

Skills, knowledge and expertise

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience with SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate
• Certified in Power Platform (PL-100, PL-200) or Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Developer
• Experience in workflow automation, dashboard creation, and user support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
• Proficient in SharePoint list management, form design, workflow automation
• Strong problem-solving, project planning, communication, and analytical skills
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a results-driven approach
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the assertiveness and persuasiveness needed to influence outcomes effectively
• Integrity and the ability to lead by example are essential qualities for success in this role
