Position Summary:

The Marketing and Public Relations Manager will be responsible for expanding our market presence and public relations resources across Europe. This role will require a strategic and creative thinker with strong communication skills and proven experience in the field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing and public relations strategies to support the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels including retail, digital, and influencers.
  • Manage the company's public image and represent the company at industry events and in communications with the media.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, newsletters, and digital content.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Track and report the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Prepare and manage crisis handling strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably within the European market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven expertise in media relations and event management.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Fluent in local language and English.
