• Support in commercial and technical administration of fund objects
• Collaboration in controlling external service providers such as brokers, property managers, and facility managers
• Assumption of tasks in rental, marketing, and tenant expansion
• Implementation of commercial object planning and budgeting
• Collaboration in buying and selling real estate, including due diligence procedures
• Maintenance and updating of the acquisition database as well as data management in transactions and existing properties

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in real estate economics, business engineering (construction), facility/asset management, business administration, or a comparable course of study
• Good knowledge of common MS-Office programs
• Ideally, initial experience through internships or working student activities
• German language skills at the self-sufficient application level (at least B2)
• Initiative and analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and pronounced communication skills
